Chris Cornell Had Several Prescription Pills In His System When He Took His Life

So sad.

Chris Cornell‘s toxicology reports show the musician had multiple prescription pills in his system at the time of his death.

As we reported, the Soundgarden front man

TMZ reports the drugs in his system were: Naloxone (Narcan), Butalbital (sedative), four 1mg Lorazepam (Ativan), and Pseudoephedrine (decongestant).

It is said that the fresh track marks found on his arm were actually from an EMT administering Narcan to counteract the opiate overdose after he was found in the bathroom by his security guard.

Cornell’s wife, Vicky, still believes Chris’ death was accidental as he was under the influence of so many drugs and not in his normal state of mind.
